Benedetta Balestri (1993) graduated in Economics for Arts, Culture and Communication from Bocconi University, with study experiences at Sciences Po and in Los Angeles as correspondent for RSI. In 2017 she co-founded One Shot Agency, where she is Managing Director, growing the company into a group of units (StraEasy, Streamland) and the joint venture Zenzero with Mondadori Media and Giallo Zafferano. Alongside her work in influencer marketing and talent management, she is committed to mental health awareness for creators, founding Itaca Lab in 2023 with Fondazione Progetto Itaca to train and support young talents in responsible use of digital platforms. She is also a speaker at WomenXImpact, a TEDx speaker, and was named among Forbes Italy’s 100 Under 30 in 2023.
